REFUND POLICY

At Daily Crumb Baking Co., all products are prepared fresh to order in small batches. Because many items are custom, perishable, or made specifically for scheduled pickups and events, we kindly ask customers to review the following policies before placing an order.

Payment & Pre-Orders

 

All pre-orders require payment in advance to confirm your order date.

For larger custom orders, heat-and-serve meals, grazing-style items, catering orders, or specialty requests, a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Accepted forms of payment:

• E-transfer

• Cash for pickup orders only

Refunds

Because products are perishable and made fresh to order, refunds are generally not offered once an order has been:

• prepared

• picked up

• delivered

However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to make it right.

Photos may be requested for quality concerns.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available at the agreed pickup or delivery time.

Daily Crumb Baking Co. is not responsible for damage or product quality issues once an order has been picked up or left at the delivery location.

Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including:

• tree nuts

While care is taken during preparation, Daily Crumb Baking Co. is not an allergen-free kitchen.
